• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workforce plans, including forecasting talent needs, identifying skill gaps, & and implementing recruitment & and retention strategies. • Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs and identify talent to support business goals. • Identify high-potential employees for next-level positions. • Conduct employee engagement initiatives & promote a positive work culture • Proactively address employee concerns in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. • Support PMS process including goal setting and performance reviews • Provide guidance to stakeholders on compensation and competitor salary reviews. • Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers • Contribute to the improvement of processes or policies • Attrition Management; Exit Interviews, analysis of reasons of exits. • Retention Management; Stay Interviews, New Joining Interaction • Weekly store visits and intercity travel in partnership with stakeholders • Maintain and present various Dashboards; Attrition, Regional Demographics & compensation • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement If interested, please share your CV at hr@kapgrow.com
