Requirements(BRIEF)
- They approached us to conduct a seminar on leadership excellence for their professionals so they could align their key responsibilities with the Indian workplace culture.
- To make the seminar highly interactive and knowledgeable, they wanted us to include case studies and precisely researched data in the presentation.
- For them, communication is a powerful tool and we have to present the insights accordingly.
Solution (OUR APPROACH)
- It was quite an interesting project for us to address the proficient expatriate management team of such a huge organization. We have meticulously studied the company’s profile, their operations, and growth.
- Pensively gone through their objectives, we prepared a presentation on “Leadership Excellence through Workplace Cultural Sensitization” and designed a knowledge-oriented session.
