Starting a journey in 2016, Zast Logisolutions works in the Indian trucking space to solve various problems via tech-led digital processes.
The company provides a digital platform “Onmove,” offering cloud-based truck management solutions.
They are dedicated to building India’s largest trucking network using technology as their powerful tool.

They approached us to organise employee activities for their employees to encourage teamwork and bring enthusiasm among them as we had already conducted an employee engagement event for them in the past and they were really impressed by our approach and learning outcomes for their team.
Due to a hectic schedule of meeting deadlines in the transportation business, they can't get enough time to have fun and communicate with each other.
They were keen to have some programs and fun activities for employee engagement and Team Kapgrow was their first choice to facilitate the same. They asked for activities aligned with the company’s core values and goals.

The idea of bringing people together was quite interesting and challenging. Our team started preparing the plan and including fun activities, encouraging them to play together.
We organised a host of activities during their Annual Meet that was in the theme “Sangam” aimed at embracing diversity of India and its culture. We conducted fun activities and theme-based competitions to embrace diversity and inclusivity that led to high employee engagement.
We covered outdoor and indoor tasks to add more fun to their engagement. These activities included engaging sessions, team activities, competitions, etc designed to boost employees' creativity and innovation.
While designing the program for them, we focused on mental as well as physical involvement to enhance engagement, collaboration and communication across the organization
The Client was really happy with the outcome of the event and their PAN India team felt really engaged and refreshed during the offsite event.
